Most of the photos on the website www.la.poppie.com are the exclusive property of LaPoppie and may not be saved or used without the website owner's permission.

All orders placed on the website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions are subject to change and updates.

2 – Products

Products sold on this website are priced in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Product prices may change over time, but the product will be billed according to the price in effect at the time of the order.

Products are carefully selected and assembled by the owner. The composition of each product is detailed in the description under the heading “Materials.” Buyers should review this information before making a purchase.

3 – Orders

3-1- General

LaPoppie reserves the right to refuse to validate the order, or to contact you for any legitimate reason such as:

any website issues related to product pricing
or one of your previous orders has not been fully paid
You will be notified by email.

3-2- Validation de la commande

La confirmation de votre commande sur le site www.la.poppie.com entraîne l’adhésion aux présentes Conditions Générales de Vente. La personne passant commande déclare donc ce faisant adhérer aux présentes Conditions Générales de Vente.

Un email de confirmation vous sera adressé à l’adresse mail communiquée lors de la transaction.

4 – Paiement

Le règlement d’une commande se fait en euros par carte bancaire. Il n’est pas demandé de créer un compte client lors du paiement. Les informations recueillies au moment de la commande ne seront utilisées que pour la finalisation de l’envoi de votre commande, elles ne seront jamais utilisées à d’autres fins.

5 – Cancellation

As orders are handmade and made within hours of being placed, you can try to contact us as soon as possible at la.poppie@outlook.com to cancel your order. If the order is being prepared or has already been shipped, cancellation will be impossible and you will need to return it once received. Please check delivery times before placing your order.

6 – Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours. They are shipped via tracked mail from France. You will receive your order's tracking number by email. LaPoppie is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

Orders are sent to the address you provided when placing your order. If you need to change your address, please email us at la.poppie@outlook.com. If the order has already been shipped, LaPoppie cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Orders to Switzerland may be subject to customs fees upon delivery. LaPoppie cannot be held responsible for these fees.

7 – Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

In accordance with Article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products that have already been worn or personalized cannot be returned.

7-1- Returns

Returns must be made protected, in their original condition, and complete. Returns will only be accepted if the ordered items are returned new, unworn, and undamaged. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred by the product during return shipping. If the product is not returned in its original condition, your right of withdrawal will be affected.

Only the price of the jewelry is eligible for a refund; shipping costs are excluded.

All return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for defective items). The return must be accompanied by a tracking number from the postal service. The return address will be provided in response to your email requesting the return. Returns via Mondial Relay are no longer accepted.

7-2- Échanges

Aucun échange ne pourra être effectué, sauf dans le cas d’un produit reçu défectueux.

7-3- Remboursements

Dans le cas où un remboursement est validé par LaPoppie, le remboursement sera effectué sur le moyen de paiement ayant servi à la validation de la commande. Aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué si le produit n’a pas été réceptionné par LaPoppie.

8 – Warranty

LaPoppie provides after-sales service for each defective product within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product has been used according to our instructions. LaPoppie will examine the jewelry to ensure it meets the warranty requirements.

A defective product may be eligible for a partial or full refund upon presentation of photos of the product. LaPoppie will conduct a thorough examination and, if unable to offer a solution, may offer a partial or full refund of the jewelry price.

The customer must check the jewelry composition before ordering, in the "materials" section. LaPoppie cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
